Lina Stores has been operating a deli on Soho's Brewer St since 1944, and they've finally started dishing up their perfect handmade pasta to drooling diners. Plates are small but satisfying. The creamy pici alla norcina with fat spaghetti-like pasta twirled around porcini mushrooms and Umbrian sausage is the most popular menu option, and it's not hard to taste why.
