The West End

This confidently undemonstrative bistro is making quite a splash with food that marries top-quality British and Mediterranean produce and techniques seamlessly and pleasurably (expect temptations such as prawns with lentils, salsa verde and lardon, or hake with hispi cabbage, chorizo and Jerusalem artichoke). Desserts such as lemon granita with curd and blackberries maintain the standard. Service is excellent.

Bookings are taken for lunch but not dinner.
