Deliberately obscure in its nondescript location, the ECC is a sensational cocktail bar behind an unmarked, faded-grey door in Chinatown. Soft lighting, mirrors, bare-brick walls and distressed furnishings match the sophisticated cocktails, rare spirits and vintage Champagne on offer. Half the space is open to those without reservations (only accepted by email), and there's a £5 cover charge after 11pm.
