With pronounced Japanese, Korean and Scandinavian inflections, this lovely downstairs Holland Park restaurant is full of surprises and creative discoveries. Juliana and her team have crafted something delectable in the kitchen, matched by a natural, simple and appealing dining space. Vegans will find themselves well looked after, too. The five-course menu is excellent, while superb cocktails add the final touch.
Expect to discover dishes such as mochi flatbread, plaice roe and fermented butter, salt-marsh-lamb rump and smoked cashew, Korean rice porridge, jelly ear and oyster mushrooms.
