YHA Earl’s Court

Notting Hill & West London

There's some lovely original tiling on the floor as you enter this fine old property on a quiet, leafy street in Earl’s Court, although most other period detailing has disappeared. Most accommodation (186 beds) is in clean, airy dormitories of between four and 10 metal bunk beds. Common areas are spacious, showers and toilets clean and staff helpful.

There’s a huge gravel courtyard garden out back strewn with tables, plus a good-sized, well-equipped kitchen, two redecorated lounges and a bright, modern cafe. Beyond dorm rooms, there are en-suite doubles and family rooms too.
