This good-value, snappy-looking hotel in a rather grand Regency-style building looks over Kensington Gardens Sq. The 103 rooms may be on the small side, as are the bathrooms, but each is clean and pleasantly furnished, while the setting is peaceful if not terribly convenient. The best rooms have views out to the leafy square.
