This vast Victorian corner boozer is delightful inside and out, with some bijou art-nouveau features, contemporary art on the walls, a fabulous coffered ceiling and a heated beer garden. The crowd is hip and down-to-earth and the beer and wine selection great. The pub has a studio theatre (tickets from £5), with nightly productions at 7.30pm and matinees at weekends.
