Greenbank is the queen of Falmouth's hotels, with a knockout position overlooking the boat-filled estuary towards Flushing. It feels like the setting for an Agatha Christie novel – nautical knick-knacks and ships in cabinets dot public areas, and tall windows look out on to the water. The rooms are more modern, decorated in beige and cream. Sea views command premium prices.
