Café La Casona

An oasis amid the hot dusty streets of downtown Sonsonate, Café La Casona serves some of the country's best coffee as well as smoothies, sandwiches with yucca chips, freshly baked pizzas and homemade desserts like basil cheesecake, coconut flan and lemon pie. It's located in a beautifully restored and stylishly decorated old building – there's even a room with swings.
