La Casa de Mamapán

Mamapan is a 19th-century house opposite Plaza Concordia that celebrates authentic Salvadoran life in the food, artwork and quiet respectfulness of the owners. The rooms are modest and functional, with comfortable, dark wooden beds and very clean bathrooms, and there's a terrace overlooking the church.
