Quito's craft beer scene has exploded in recent years, and family-run brewery Santa Rosa produces some of the city's best. This sleek bar with exposed brick walls has eight of its own brews on tap, including white ale, ginger blonde, dark IPA, mango passion and honey strong. It does good burgers and sharing plates, too.
