Picanteria La Culata

Bringing a taste of the coast to the big city, La Culata serves excellent ceviches, encocados (shrimp or fish cooked in a rich, spiced coconut sauce) and seafood rices. It's a laid-back, open-sided joint (with beachy, cabaña-style murals on the walls) that draws crowds at all hours of the day and night.
