Tangara Guest House

Guayaquil

Tangara has pleasant but fairly simple rooms, a small outdoor patio with hammock, and a lounge area where you can unwind after a day discovering the city. There's also a kitchen for guests. The English-speaking owner provides helpful tips on the surroundings. It's not in the best location for exploring, but it is located close to the University of Guayaquil.
