Ecuadorian chef Jorge David Quilumbaqui, trained in French cuisine in Quito, presents artfully plated meat and fish dishes, as well as delicious desserts, using locally sourced ingredients. He's recently moved from Cotacachi to Otavalo and revised the menu, so expect some even tastier treats.
