This longtime Sosúa culinary landmark with a colonial-era design scheme takes its cuisine seriously, both in its presentation and price. Steak and seafood are the rock stars here – there’s chateaubriand, surf and turf, and a mixed seafood platter for two (US$50). It has an amazing cocktail list, and the menu is in five languages, including Russian.
