Horses and pigs roam this out-of-the-way property that's worth noting solely for its proximity to beautiful Playa Limón just down the road. The nine spacious rooms are musty, sparsely furnished and there's only cold-water showers. An open-air restaurant hosts daily tour groups for a seafood buffet, but breakfast and dinner can be ordered in advance from the restaurant (mains RD$240 to RD$650).
Whoever is on duty (Spanish only) can arrange a trip that includes a visit to a coffee plantation, a seafood buffet and a boat ride across the lagoon (per person US$70), as well as trips to waterfalls (US$30), horseback rides (per hour US$10) and transportation to Montaña Redonda (US$50).
