Vagamundo Coffee & Waffles

Just outside of town, this third-wave coffee shop offers all the latest in coffee. Its aesthetic, with mason jars, pallet furniture, lanterns and a 2000s nostalgia soundtrack, feels like the love child of Brooklyn and Coachella went on spring break to the Caribbean. That said, the coffee and food are familiar and delicious.
