Hotel La Loma

Punta Cana & the Southeast

Perched atop a hill at the end of a rather steep driveway, rooms here have commanding views of the city and bay to the north and sweeping mountaintops to the south. It's certainly the best place to stay in town, even considering management's desultory attitutude. The restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner (mains RD$240 to RD$580) and serves huge portions.
