Saona Cafe

The French-Canadian owners of this excellent Bayahibe focal point surely scoured the coast to see what everyone else wasn't serving, then put it on their menu – bagels, French toast, excellent fries, fried chicken burgers, veggie stir-fries with tofu, lionfish – along with the best cocktail menu between Santo Domingo and Punta Cana (the passionfruit mojitos are insanely good!).
