French cuisine is the main influence on Brøndums' menu, under the helm of renowned, Michelin-awarded chef Michel Michaud. There's lots of fish and classic Danish smørrebrød at lunchtime. Meals are served in the old-world ambience of the dining room, but there’s also a picture-perfect garden for alfresco dining. You can just as easily pop in for afternoon coffee and cake.
