Family-friendly yet gastronomically oriented, this farmhouse-chic bistro has a short, simple, monthly changing menu of seasonal dishes using produce plucked straight from the Funen fields: white asparagus with truffle-infused hollandaise sauce perhaps, or a confection of strawberry, rhubarb, white chocolate and crème anglaise. Reservations recommended.
