Molskroen's owners have rejuvenated Femmøller's beach hotel (now known as Molskroen Strandhotel), with high-quality dining choices found here. The all-day Brasseriet has a menu of Gallic classics (foie gras, steak tartare) and easy favourites including moules-frites and lobster naturel. A second restaurant is the high-quality steakhouse A Hereford Beefstouw.
