Cellar restaurant 'Marrow & Bone' has been repeatedly awarded a Michelin Bib Gourmand in recognition of its value for money. Its New Nordic menu can be approached in various ways: a la carte or as four- or six-course tasting menus. Dishes are imaginative and evocative, celebrating Nordic landscapes and moods in creations like hay-smoked mackerel with chamomile or squid with kelp and buttermilk.
