One of the oldest bars in Copenhagen, Hviids Vinstue has been putting a wobble in people's steps since 1723. The interior is a suitably brooding combo of dark timber and leather. The place is famous for its gløgg (Danish mulled wine). Production begins in May, with the bar's annual gløgg season starting at 11am on 11 November, just in time for the biting Danish winter.
The bar also serves traditional smørrebrød.
