This is the harbourside wine bar for lauded wine wholesaler Rosforth & Rosforth. The focus is on natural and biodynamic drops, its short, sharply curated list of wines by the glass often including lesser-known blends like Terret Bourret–Vermentino. Guests are welcome to browse the cellar and pick their own bottle. Come summer, it has alfresco waterside tables and deckchairs for sun-kissed toasting.
The bar's mostly local and organic food offerings include graze-friendly options, like breads, cheeses, olives and pickles, as well as a few heartier dishes (from 6pm) such as beef with langoustine sauce & fried garlic.
