When a former chef at Michelin-starred restaurant Søllerød Kro opens a chocolate shop, expectations are high. Anker makes gluttons go weak with oh-so-pretty pralines and truffles, made using Fairtrade chocolate and mostly organic ingredients. For a local flavour hit, try the koldskål and strawberry (inspired by the Danish buttermilk dessert) or the white chocolate with Danish apple, browned butter and vanilla.
You'll also find housemade gelato (one scoop 25kr) and a small selection of high-quality regional beer, dessert wine, soda and specialty coffee to take home.
