The traditional Danish hot dog (pølse) is ripe for a gourmet makeover, and the guys here have done just that. Their Asian-inspired 'hot duck' is a revelation: confit duck fried in pastry (spring-roll style), then served on bread with chilli mayo and wakame salad. The menu is small; there are also a few sandwich options.
