The main building here is as pretty as a picture: it’s a large octagonal room that was once a dancehall. Accommodation is bright and basic; some rooms have private bathrooms. Linen costs extra; breakfast costs 69kr. The hostel is 3km north of the city centre, in pretty woods close to the beach; take bus 5A, 17, 18 or 20.
