Valtice’s most unusual lodging option is to sleep in the chateau itself. While the facilities are not quite as bedazzling as the website might indicate, and there is a slight whiff of neglect about the place, the setting is amazing and the price affordable. The rooms are simply furnished, in stark contrast to the opulence of the rest of the chateau.
