Regarded as one of the best fish restaurants in southern Bohemia (even the menu is bound in fish skin), many people come to Třeboň just to eat here. There are two separate dining spaces: Šupina is the fancier option, while Šupinka is cheaper and family-oriented. Both feature freshwater fish such as pike-perch, trout, eel and Třeboň carp. The kapří hranolky (pieces of carp battered and fries) are a national treasure.
