Adam's Bar & Bistro

Proof that location can be deceiving. Cosy Adam's is situated inside the Třebíč bus terminal, the least likely place you'd expect to find food of this quality. The kitchen's centrepiece is a Josper grill for steaks and burgers, but everything, including the ribs, fish and pasta dishes, is delicious. Rare for these parts, they also whip up excellent artisanal cocktails.
