The in-house restaurant of the nicest hotel in town also happens to be head and shoulders above everything else around. Head chef Martin Svatek has built a menu around traditional Czech mains such as duck, rabbit and even horse cheeks, but gives them a lighter touch. It's frequently named on national 'Top 10' lists. Dress up and book in advance in summer.
