Hotel Anna

Prague

This small, friendly hotel has helpful and knowledgeable staff. The late-19th-century building retains many of its original art-nouveau features, and the bedrooms are bright and cheerful, with arty black-and-white photos of Prague buildings on the walls. There are two double rooms on the top floor, one of which has a great view of the castle.

The hotel is tucked away on a quiet backstreet, but is close to the metro and lots of good restaurants and bars; you can walk to the top end of Wenceslas Square in 10 minutes.
