Staré Město

Prague’s first-ever health-food shop opened in 1991, and is now an all-vegan, self-service cafeteria and sandwich bar offering inexpensive salads, sandwiches, pizzas, vegetarian goulash, sunflower-seed burgers and soy drinks (food is sold by weight). Recently revamped, there is plenty of seating in the rear courtyard, but it can still get crowded at lunchtime; go early or buy sandwiches to go.
