Bokovka

Staré Město

Founded by a syndicate of oenophiles, including film directors Jan Hřebejk and David Ondříček, Bokovka has moved from its original New Town location to this hidden courtyard – look for the red wine droplet sign; the door is opposite it on the right. The crumbling, atmospheric cellar bar is a great place to sample the best of Czech wines.

The bar is named after the movie Sideways (bokovka in Czech), which was set in Californian vineyards.
