This historic hotel has survived being hit by an Allied bomb in WWII and playing host to Gerard Depardieu and John Malkovich. Other former guests include Marlene Dietrich, General Patton and Ingrid Bergman. The Continental's art-deco glory has been resurrected and newly renovated suites are tinged with Asian design features, making it again one of the best places in town.
