Karlovy Vary

Karlovy Vary, alas, is not a food paradise, but this 1920s-themed restaurant in the modern town is one of the best of the lot. In addition to stalwarts such as roast pork, the menu lists more inventive mains such as venison ragout and a true Wienerschnitzel (made with veal, not pork). Book ahead as the seating area is small.
