Set in the former stables of the castle, Ousia has a varied and contemporary menu that's far from medieval. Choose from dishes such as vegetable tagine and seafood ravioli, and Cypriot staples including haloumi (hellim in Turkish) fried with sesame seeds and topped with gooey carob syrup. Desserts are excellent too; the chocolate soufflé in particular has diners swooning.
