Most folks come for the beloved Williburger, a goat-meat sandwich that comes with goat cheese and a special sauce known as Willinaise, along with a side of sweet-potato fries. A deluxe version includes onions and bacon, and a Williburger Got It All has still more secret ingredients.
The wait time for food is in step with the place's popularity. Luckily, you can chill on the patio with a cold Amstel Bright and look over the salt pan, where an occasional flamingo can be spotted. The place remains a mini-mart of sorts, so if you need hair dye, tape or bug spray, this is also your stop. On the last Saturday of the month there's a wild karaoke night.
