Kike-Kcho

Varadero

A posh 'floating' restaurant in the Marina Gaviota, state-run Kike-Kcho pushes its lobster, which is caught locally and stored on-site meaning it's ultra-fresh. It's backed up by all number of other fish species – cod, tuna, hake, eels, you name it. Granted, it has a great location, but the place is often empty and the food somehow lacks the 'soul' of Varadero's privately run places.
