Dante

Going strong since 1993, Dante takes its name from an entrepreneurial chef who continues to rustle up good Italian fare to complement the serene lakeside setting in Parque Josone. Starters include bruschette and beef carpaccio, mains move onto pizza, lasagne and cannelloni, and, waiting in the wings, polite waitstaff guard one of Varadero's most impressive wine stashes.
