Relocated from Plaza de Armas, much to the chagrin of many vendors, Havana’s famous secondhand-book market now convenes in the open-air ruins of the former Casa de Jústiz y Santa Ana. It’s the same mix of bibliophile stallholders selling well-thumbed copies of works by Fidel Castro, Che Guevara and Ernest Hemingway.
There's no market on important holidays or if it rains.
