This once-seedy, now polished bar by the docks broadcasts a list of former rum-slugging patrons on a plaque by the door: Federico García Lorca, Marlon Brando, Errol Flynn and Ernest Hemingway (of course) among them. With its long wooden bar furnished with enough Havana Club rum bottles to inebriate an army of Hemingways, it still spins a little magic.
