For over two decades the Iberostar Parque Central has been Havana's most consistent international-standard hotel, despite newer competition, with service and business facilities on par with top-ranking five-star establishments elsewhere in the Caribbean. Although the chic lobby and classily furnished rooms may lack the historical riches of Habana Vieja accommodations, the ambience is far from antiseptic.
