Camagüey's mothership of boutique Estancia hotels, the Santa María has elegant common areas depicting scenes of Camagüey and sculptures by Martha Jiménez Pérez. It's also the most frayed of the bunch. The 31 rooms come equipped with safe, TV and minibar; suites feature claw-foot tubs, and one room offers wheelchair access. The roof garden restaurant has good views.
