An excellent choice in a quietly elegant building, the Stara Lika has classically styled rooms with wooden desks and leather-studded armchairs. It's reassuringly warm in winter and otherwise supremely comfortable, with good service. It will appear to be fabulous value (which it is) if you're used to summer coastal prices.
