When you've had your share of traditional Dalmatian fare, head to Azur for what is dubbed ‘Croatian-Asian fusion’ – a Croatian chef takes on Asian recipes and adds a local twist. Try monkfish in curry sauce or baklava spiced with kaffir lime leaves and lemongrass. Azur is set in a quiet alley behind the cathedral, and the atmosphere is as cool as the menu.
The kitchen closes between 4pm and 6pm.
