Cres Island

With a fine location on the tip of a little wooded peninsula about 1km southwest of town, this large campground offers excellent shower blocks, beachside bathing platforms, a restaurant and activities galore. A quarter of the area, including some of the beach, is reserved for naturists. Private rooms are available in Tamaris, a small guesthouse near the water.
