If you can't get to the Caribbean coast, the 'yard' vibe here is a good substitute. Manzanillo native Ricky transported his lip-smacking restaurant to the Central Valley so josefinos could feast on the traditional rice-n-beans, Caribbean chicken and rondón soup. The small plates (bocas) are a perfect chance for everybody to try a little of everything. Delish!
It's tricky to find: ask locally for directions. If you get too chill (literally), there's an outdoor fireplace.
