Star Mountain Jungle Lodge

Mal País & Santa Teresa

Set on a 90-hectare private reserve, replete with birds, butterflies and monkeys, Star Mountain is an escape back to nature. The lodge has spacious guest rooms, a wide porch with hammocks and rockers, a yoga studio and a glorious pool. There's also a traditional wooden casita that's ideal for families.

Three kilometers of trails traverse the grounds, which you can explore on foot or on horseback. It's 2km from the beach in Mal País; turn off the main road at Mary's Restaurant toward Cabuya.
